A tree down on your roof, driveway, or fence line doesn't wait for business hours — so neither do we. Tree Craft Ontario provides 24/7 emergency response for storm damage, sudden limb failure, and trees that have become an immediate hazard to people, property, or power lines.
Emergency calls get triaged fast: is anyone in danger, is a structure compromised, is a live wire involved? We coordinate with hydro utilities where needed and prioritize making the site safe first, with full removal and cleanup to follow.
We prioritize active hazards — trees on structures, blocking driveways, or threatening power lines — and aim to be on-site the same day, often within a few hours depending on your location and current call volume.
Call us regardless. A leaning or partially fallen tree can still be unstable, and branches under tension can be dangerous to approach. We'll advise over the phone on whether it needs immediate attention or can be scheduled.
