Construction Site Clearing — Commercial Plaza

Milton, ON 2.3 acres General Contractor
Heavy equipment clearing and grading a commercial construction site

Project Overview

A general contractor building a new commercial plaza needed the site cleared and grubbed ahead of their excavation subcontractor, on a fixed two-week window tied to the overall project schedule.

The Challenge

The site had scattered mature trees and dense brush along its perimeter, plus a stand of trees near the building pad that needed to come down before excavation equipment could safely operate. The GC's schedule left no room for delay.
